Delivery & Returns


We aim to dispatch most orders within 2 working days; delivery may be longer on goods that have to be specially ordered in due to size requirements or items no longer in stock. We will endeavor to meet any given delivery, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery time we will inform you by email as soon as possible and you can then cancel the order and get a full refund.

We use a secure courier service and in most cases a signature will be required on delivery. We hold delivery tracking codes for all our online orders and the code will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE- Cut off time for next day deliveries is 12:00 NOON. If you order after the cut off time and select next day delivery your order will be sent AFTER 9am the NEXT DAY. Also note that during Christmas deliveries can take longer, this is completely dependent on The Royal mail, not McNeils Jewellers, so please keep this in mind when ordering your products.

International Delivery Europe (Under £100) - £15.00

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return goods within 14 days from the delivery of your purchase.

Please email with your return request stating when and why you are returning.

Include original packing, paperwork and also a letter stating reason for return. We recommend you insure your parcel to protect your goods in transit. Please note that you are responsible for returning the item to us and we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Return Exceptions

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings.


A full refund will be made for the cost of the goods to the same method of payment used to place the order. We aim to process refunds within 5 days of receiving the item back. In the case a product is faulty and we are unable to exchange it a full refund including delivery will be refunded.

Unfortunately any online purchase cannot be refunded through our store. Refunds are only available for purchases made on our website.


Order cancellations are accepted; the valid time for cancellations starts when you receive the goods and lasts for 14 days. Please email us and letting us know as soon as you can of your intentions to cancel so that we can process your refund as quick and efficient as we can. *International deliveries are not covered.  

*We reserve the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery.
